Garden Furniture and Accessories for Outdoor Living

Having a great garden in which to spend the summer months is a very important aspect to home life for many people.  There are now so many gardening styles whether it is a traditional cottage garden, an easy maintenance garden or a designer garden – the garden is becoming an extension to the home.  Regardless of the size of a garden there is always a design idea that will work extremely well to provide a relaxing space to enjoy outdoor living.  As more people utilise garden space to extend the home there is a myriad of ideas.  We are seeing increasingly that people want to install a garden gazebo, mainly due to the wonderful gazebo designs that we now have available.  In particular cedar gazebos are popular to provide that perfect outdoor living space in the garden – perfect for eating al fresco, enjoying a good book or relaxing in the cool shade they provide on a hot summers day.

A fun aspect of having a wooden gazebo is designing the interior.  There are some fabulous garden furniture ranges available and many are now designed to be low maintenance and weather proof.  Designing the interior of a gazebo can include seating options but if the gazebo is to be used as an outdoor eating area there are also some fabulous dining tables too.  Some of the most superior ranges of outdoor, garden furniture are the Rio, Lucca, Corsica and Madrid dining ranges.  These beautiful ranges of gazebo dining furniture are available to seat either six or eight people.  Once a range of outdoor garden furniture has been selected, choosing the finishing touches can be fun and an opportunity to use creative imagination.

There are some wonderful scatter cushions, bean bags and other soft furnishing around – however some people are making their own accessories in terms of cushions and throws.  The old craft of patchwork has seen a huge resurgence recently and one of the nicest interior designs for a wooden gazebo is patchwork cushions.  They are quite simple and the craft can actually be carried out whilst enjoying the outdoors, sat in the shade of the gazebo, surrounded by the beautiful smell of wood and flowers – just perfect.  Interestingly as outdoor living becomes more popular and with people deciding to have a garden gazebo to extend their living area, more accessories are becoming available – you can end up spoilt for choice.
