Crown Pavilions: Proud sponsors of the
St George’s Hill Lawn
Tennis Club, Surrey
It’s game, set and match for Crown Pavilions, maker of the world’s finest garden rooms and gazebos, after the company unveiled its sponsorship of the exclusive St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club.
Using long-lasting materials such as Canadian cedar and English oak, the company has an impressive reputation and an array of high-profile clients from Duncan Bannatyne to Alan Titchmarsh.
But owner Luke Dejahang says this latest deal is a real feather in the company’s cap.
“Crown Pavilions is simply delighted to be sponsoring St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club and we feel it’s the start of a long-lasting relationship,” he said.
“We have a number of clients on this prestigious estate and so it felt completely natural to extend our presence to one of the most exclusive tennis clubs in the country.”
Matthew Watton, senior manager at St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club, said he was delighted to have Crown Pavilions on board.
“Our members will benefit hugely from the Pavilion and it adds a real touch of glamour.
“We are also immensely looking forward to Crown Pavilions bringing in a further three Pavilions which will provide exclusive dining facilities for our members during the club’s birthday week of celebrations in June.”
Crown Pavilions has been making gazebos and garden rooms for more than a decade and offers an unrivalled 30-year guarantee as well as a free design service to ensure every customer gets a bespoke room of their dreams.
But over the years the company has noticed a real surge in demand for the latest technology and equipment, installing everything from hot tubs and pizza ovens to cinema screens and fingerprint entry systems.
Luke continues: “Our customers’ needs have changed in the last few years – many don’t want to move or extend as they’ve already done that, so they’re looking to make the most of the garden instead,” he says. “It’s pretty much the last area that’s in need of a makeover.
Luke explained: “Forget the rickety old summer houses of yesteryear – nowadays people want all the tech they enjoy inside the house to be on-hand outside too.
“We focus very much on quality and longevity – we use the finest materials from around the world because our garden rooms are significant investments and each one is designed and finished to the customer’s needs.
“They’re insulated, heated, secure extensions of someone’s home and our customers want their personality to be reflected in their building too.”
Gardening guru Alan Titchmarsh was vocal in his praise for the company.
“Crown Pavilions can really change your life,” he said. “These fabulous buildings manage to extend the use of your garden at both ends of the year.”
Former ‘Dragon’ Duncan Bannatyne has installed two Crown Pavilions at hotels he owns, while Gloria Hunniford and Alan Titchmarsh have had them constructed in their gardens.
Said Duncan: “I love Crown Pavilions. The ones we’ve had installed look terrific and they’ve been a great company to deal with.”
