Just a short note of thanks following the completion of our Wolsey pavilion last Friday.
We are both absolutely delighted with the finished product and advise that our entire journey from its initial purchase at the Hampton Court Flower Show last summer through to its completion has been a pleasure.
Both the concrete base team and the erection team have been a credit to your Company. They were all extremely hard working, polite, punctual, clean, tidy and above all else really friendly. It was very apparent that they all enjoyed their work and nothing asked of them was any problem whatsoever.
Special mention of course to yourself as you were always very patient and understanding when we had to keep deferring its installation due to our protracted house move.

On Friday 15th July our new Wentworth pavilion arrived and was expertly delivered and constructed by your two fitters. They were very polite and worked solidly for about seven hours initially unloading the truck and then putting the pavilion together. The end result was a fantastic pavilion which we are really happy with. The heater arrived the following Tuesday morning (19th July) as promised by Barbara in your office.
Thanks again for a prompt and thoroughly professional job from initial purchase to the end result.

Just to say that your guys laid the base and I have to say they were excellent. Not only a good job but very polite and friendly, would do whatever you wanted for positioning etc and were tidy whilst doing the job and I have never seen workmen clear up so well after hosing everywhere down thoroughly.

My Merlin pavilion looks fantastic in the garden, from the laying of the concrete and the building of the pavilion your staff were exceptional and very hard working. We have already bought a pavillion from you (we are the featured photo with the rustic bbq and Georgian house in background) and I would like to add my recommendations to your long list of testimonials. Having tailored the Pavillion to meet our needs, the installation was incredibly efficient and professional.
After a full year on site the pavillion looks even better now after some weathering (we used it several times in the winter and it was fantastic), and with some early sun in 2010 we have already been able to entertain on several occasions. Keep up the great work.

I would like you to know how impressed we were with the efficient way you delivered and erected our new pavilion at our house in South West France.
Your team arrived at exactly 8.00 am, smartly dressed, and went to work immediately. A few minor adjustments were made to fit the concrete base which we had cast and all was finished by mid afternoon inclusive of a lovely bouquet of flowers. We were able to christen the pavilion with our French neighbours that evening and my wife and children are looking forward to seeing it at half term.
