A successful London Boat Show draws to a close
And so a successful London Boat Show has drawn to a close – with 2017 showing signs of being a very productive year for Crown Pavilions.
Not only were we inundated with interest – including some big money transactions – but we also got to meet the inspirational Kiko Matthews, as she prepares her immense rowing challenge, and the charismatic Nicky Clarke.
Kiko is preparing to embark on the challenge of a lifetime as she rows the Atlantic in (hopefully) record time, while Nicky and his partner Kelly Simpkin were checking out the cinema room for a future addition to his London home.
Both provided a huge amount of interest at ExCel, with Nicky proving an incredible draw. The media were swarming around and it was amazing to watch him deal with everyone so masterfully.
Meanwhile, we had the best stand in town, located right next to Sunseeker Yachts and there was no shortage of passing trade. Of course, hospitality is the name of the game and our incredible cinema room proved the perfect location for many.
Director and co-founder Luke Dejahang said: “It’s always great to get our first show of the year under our belts. And what a great show it was!
“Continuing our theme that Crown Pavilions ‘make memories all year round’, we had plenty of people coming to visit us and placing orders. 2017 has the makings of being our best-ever year.”
