Our small luxury gazebos accommodate 2-8 people. Perfect for a morning coffee and a read of the papers, cocktails on a summer afternoon, or intimate alfresco dinners. With a compact footprint of 2.2-2.8m depending on the model, each gazebo tucks neatly into most small and medium-sized gardens.
Our medium-sized wooden gazebos accommodate 8-12 people. One difference from smaller models is the additional lounging space in select designs. With a 10-13m² footprint, they are a step up in size yet remain suitable for most garden sizes.
Our large garden gazebos are the pinnacle of luxury outdoor living. Accommodating 8-16 people, these wooden gazebos range from 13.5-42m² and are available in rectangular and oval designs. Suitable for medium or large gardens, our large models are designed with alfresco entertaining firmly in mind.

Ground Test (Garden Rooms)
A ground test site survey to check ground suitability is required for garden rooms. This will determine whether ground screw or traditional concrete is most suitable for your site. This ground test survey is £280 incl VAT.

Planning Permission
Your new garden building will be erected 'in situ', in your garden. Planning permission is not normally required as most of our buildings are designed to fall within permitted development.

Foundations & Utilities
For garden rooms, groundworks, plumbing, electricity, water and waste can all be quoted for and taken care of for a seamless project from start to finish.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery & installation of your garden building is included in the price for all installations within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. A delivery surcharge applies for installations beyond 100 miles to cover the accommodation costs of our install team.

How long will it take to install my luxury garden gazebo?
Installation time depends on the size of building you choose. A typical installation time frame for our small and medium sized luxury wooden gazebos is just 1-2 days.
Is installation included in the price of a garden gazebo?
Yes. Delivery and installation are included in the price for all our luxury gazebos if you live within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. There is a travel surcharge for installations further away.
What is the difference between your professional and premium wooden gazebos?
Our premium range of includes additional features such as internal roof cladding, glass table-tops and the option to customise the configuration of infill-panels (blinds and balustrades, full-clad infill panels and half-clad and half polycarbonate panels).
How much does a luxury wooden gazebo cost?
The starting price for a luxury wooden gazebo is £9,100 but this will vary depending on the size and model, as well as special offers. Please get in touch with our team to find out about our latest offers.
Will I need a base for my garden gazebo?
Yes. You will need to have a concrete base in place before we install your wooden gazebo. Our team can provide base specifications to pass onto your contractor.
How do I pay for my wooden gazebo?
At Crown Pavilions we offer flexible finance options to help spread the cost of your wooden gazebo with monthly instalments. Alternatively, you can pay in three instalments leading up to your installation date, starting with a 20% deposit upon placing your order.
What is included with my wooden gazebo?
All of our gazebos come with everything you need to start enjoying your building on day one, including internal furniture, side blinds which zip together for protection against the elements, and cushions. Optional extras include heaters and wine cabinets for some of our larger models.
Do you build bespoke garden gazebos?
Yes. We offer the option to work directly with our TRADA certified design team to create your own [bespoke gazebo](/product/bespoke-garden-buildings/). Our experienced team will create your dream made-to-measure building, including wooden gazebos with sides and more to suit your style and space.
Can I choose the colour of my gazebo cushions?
Yes. You can choose the colour of the cushions, the cushion piping and the canvas side blinds. There are 6-colours available and you can mix and match between the different elements. The colours available are Green, Burgundy, Beige, Ivory, Taupe and Navy.
How long will a garden gazebo last?
All our wooden gazebos are built to TRADA standards, the highest certification in our industry. They come with a 10-year structural guarantee which covers against timber rot, decay and structural integrity. All of our accessories come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, including blinds, cushions, heaters, etc.
What kind of timber do you use?
Our wooden gazebos are built using Northern European Redwood for the main structure and a Canadian Western Red Cedar for the roof tiles.
Can I leave the cushions out year-round?
Yes. Our cushions are made from the same marine-grade acrylic material used for soft furnishings on yachts so they can be left outside Year-round.

What are the advantages of choosing a round wooden gazebo?
A round or circular wooden gazebo creates a more intimate setting for alfresco dining and lounging. Arguably this shape (like our oval wooden gazebos) is also more in keeping with nature and for that reason maybe more pleasing on the eye. We offer a range of small circular wooden gazebo models, to suit all styles. This includes the Rose, Chelsea and Elizabeth.
