Why Choose Our Garden Buildings
More Customisations as Standard
We offer more options as standard for our Sandringham, Clarence and Buckingham models. Choose from French, sliding or bi-fold doors. Customise your engineered oak flooring finish and select your external cladding staining colour.
The Crown Marque of Excellence
This is the quality mantra that echoes through every office and workshop at Crown Pavilions. We strive to exceed our clients expectations at every step of the process.
Outstanding durability
Our buildings and craftsmen have been certified by TRADA (The Timber Research & Development Association). This is the highest certification in our industry and your peace-of-mind that your Crown Pavilion is correct and compliant from timber sizing to the bracing timbers that hold the building together.
20-years of British Craftsmanship
We have been honing our skills for 20-years and many of our master craftsmen and designers have been with us from day one. In that time we have built over 5,000 luxury garden buildings across 18 countries around the World.
Outdoor Rooms, Built to Last
Our Premium garden rooms are built to permanent building standards. Every element is painstakingly selected for quality and longevity.
The result is an attention to detail that’s about as far removed from mass production as you can get, reflected in TRADA certification, the highest marque in our industry.
Our process
Ground Test (Garden Rooms)
A ground test site survey to check ground suitability is required for garden rooms. This will determine whether ground screw or traditional concrete is most suitable for your site. This ground test survey is £280 incl vat.
Planning Permission
Your new garden building will be erected ‘in situ’, in your garden. Planning permission is not normally required as most of our buildings are designed to fall withing permitted development.
Foundations & Utilities
For garden rooms, groundworks, plumbing, electricity, water and waste can all be quoted for and taken care of for a seamless project from start to finish.
Delivery & installation
Delivery & installation of your garden building is included in the price for all installations within 100miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. A delivery surcharge applies for installations beyond 100miles to cover the accommodation costs of our install team
