The Kensington is a grand building designed for year-round alfresco dining, lounging, entertaining and cooking. Made-to-measure dining and lounging furniture come as standard along with marine grade luxury cushions available in a selction of colours. This building is also available unfurnished enabling you to style to your requirements.

Whether you our hosting friends or just enjoying a quiet afternoon’s read, the Kensington has separate dining and lounging areas to accommodate your needs.
Each gazebo comes with extra-thick back cushions and luxurious double padded bases which remain plump and comfortable, year after year. We use the same ultra-durable, water-repellent acrylic fabric used on yachts, which won’t fade or shrink. Our cushions and cushion piping are available in the same six colours as our blinds. Opt for the classic beige with ivory pipping or choose the equally popular burgundy with beige piping. There are 36 colour combinations to choose from.
Crafted from high-quality, kiln-dried redwood, which is both a beautiful and durable material, this attractive feature which is standard in our luxury summerhouse collection, creates a warm and cosy feel, especially when combined with warm lighting tones.
Central to the elegant design of a Crown Pavilion is the charming cedar tiled roof. Our roofs are capped with premium-weight quality lead, which weathers down beautifully to match the cedar shingle roof. Our roofs are also engineered so they will never leak.
Our timber furniture is hand made and built to the highest quality to withstand the demands of use and the British weather, offering years of robust style. Add one of our custom timber cabinets for storage and glassware and wine rack.
For privacy and creating a cocooned interior space our full clad panels also provide a blank canvas to customise your Crown Pavilion with personal touches like artwork or your favourite prosecco adage! Opt for additional full clad panels with our premium upgrade
Enjoy the cheer of a warming wood-burning oven as you sip a glass of something delicious and sink into the luxurious cushions of your Crown Pavilion, while your pizza, meat or fish is cooked to perfection in a state-of-the-art Delivita wood-fired oven.
Our timber side cabinets are built to house a wine fridge (not included), glassware and a selection of your favourite non-chilled alcoholic beverages in the built in wine rack.
A feature that will enable you to enjoy your gazebo all year round is our range of infrared ceiling heaters with a built-in spotlight providing a wonderful ambient light on darker evenings.
Clear leaves and garden debris from around exterior and interior of building at least twice a year. Yearly (ideally in late spring/summer) remove all cushions and blinds and apply our specially designed wood preserver with a cloth or soft brush.
Replace the cushions and blinds after allowing the wood treatment to completely dry to avoid staining your soft furnishings (please allow 2-4 days for drying, depending on weather conditions).
Naturally, moss will grow in shady and moist places. The moss on your roof should be removed every few months so the tiles have a chance to dry.
We recommend RENOVO Boat Marine Canvas cleaner and waterproofing products for both the blinds and cushion covers on a regular basis.
To clean the blinds and cushions use a soft brush to remove all loose dirt and sponge any marks with warm soapy water at less than 30C. Cushion covers can be washed on a gentle 30 degree cycle in the washing machine but do not tumble dry; they must be air dried and re-treated with water proofer.

In most cases you will not need planning permission to build a summer house in your back garden in the UK. Please check our Planning Permission Guidelines for more details.
Yes. You will need a concrete base for your summer house and we can supply the specs for this.
Our 3Kw infrared ceiling heaters are supply only and will need to be installed by your Electrician.
Yes. For safety reasons a ventilation gap is required between the ring beam and the roof.
