The classic timber clad garden room, the Crown Sandringham is one of our most popular designs. Taking its inspiration from our bespoke garden rooms the Sandringham is one of those aesthetically adaptable designs that is completely flexible, satisfying any taste and looks stunning in any space. The Crown Sandringham comes in a range of sizes from 4m x 3m all the way up to 10m x 5m and all designs within this range include upgraded features as standard with additional options available – just let your imagination run.

- Thermowood cladding (or cedar upgrade option)

- 190mm thick walls (residential grade/TRADA guidelines)
- Double glazed, aluminium framed, French, sliding or bi-fold doors
- 100mm premium-grade Rockwool slab insulation and 90mm high-density foil backed insulation
- Premium grade engineered hardwood oak flooring
- External finish in UV resistant Natural Oak or Rich Walnut
- Internally plasterboarded and painted (Dulux White Matt)
- Brushed stainless steel recessed ceiling spotlights
- Flush-mounted sockets (pre-wired)
- 10-year guarantee (structural integrity and timber decay)
- Ground screws base/foundation
*A ground screws test will be performed to check ground suitability. The ground should be clear (exposed grass or soil) and levelled to perform the test. If you would like an alternative base solution this can be quoted separately.
