Costs to budget for on top
- The base. A concrete base or ground screws is not included. We survey the site, advise on which it needs and can quote for it.
- Power from the house. An electrician runs an armoured cable from your fuse board to the room. Cost depends on the distance.
- Level, clear ground and access. The ground needs to be level and the site reachable for installation; your design consultant will check this on the survey.
- Optional upgrades. On the Heritage Collection, a veranda adds from £1,150 and a store deck from £1,600, depending on the building's width, and upgraded flooring is £85 per m².
