The Sandringham is built to permanent residential building standards, including residential grade insulation . Every element is painstakingly selected for quality and longevity. We insist on the finest craftsmanship: traditional timber building methods, rather than cheaper SIPS (structural insulated panels).

We offer more options as standard for our Buckingham model. Choose from french, sliding or bi-fold doors. Customise your engineered oak flooring finish and select your external cladding staining colour.
Ground screw base included
The Buckingham comes with a ground screws base as standard for your convenience. Ground screws are the fast, secure and the environmentally friendly option for your building. A ground screws test will be necessary to establish suitability
