Clear leaves and garden debris from around exterior and interior of building at least twice a year. Yearly (ideally in late spring/summer) remove all cushions and blinds and apply our specially designed wood preserver with a cloth or soft brush.
Replace the cushions and blinds after allowing the wood treatment to completely dry to avoid staining your soft furnishings (please allow 2-4 days for drying, depending on weather conditions).

Yes. We can provide garden houses only so you can use as you please. We can also provide some decor ideas for your summer house if you want to self furnish
In most cases you will not need planning permission to build a summer house in your back garden in the UK. Please check our Planning Permission Guidelines for more details.
Yes. You will need a concrete base for your summer house and we can supply the specs for this.
Our 3Kw infrared ceiling heaters are supply only and will need to be installed by your Electrician.
Yes. For safety reasons a ventilation gap is required between the ring beam and the roof.
