Each of our modern summer houses come with our signature, pitched cedar tiled roof, windows and sliding door and a speedy install of 2-3 days.

Our luxury summer houses packages, including made-to-measure furniture and cushions start from £32,350 RRP.
Yes. Installation and delivery are included in the price of our summer houses for delivery within 100miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. Outside of this area, there is a surcharge for delivery installation to cover mileage and accommodation costs for our install team.

Yes. We can provide garden houses only so you can use as you please. We can also provide some decor ideas for your summer house if you want to self furnish

At Crown Pavilions we offer flexible finance options to help spread the cost of your garden summer house with monthly instalments. Alternatively, you can pay in three instalments leading up to your installation date, starting with a 20% deposit upon placing your order.

In most cases you will not need planning permission to build a summer house in your back garden in the UK. Please check our Planning Permission Guidelines for more details.

You can sleep in a summer house but please remember a summer house is not insulated. If you need a building you can sleep in on a regular basis, we recommend looking at our insulated garden room range.
We have a number of add-ons to consider, including a 3Kw infrared ceiling heater and Delivita Wood Fired Oven.

Yes. You will need a concrete base for your summer house and we can supply the specs for this.

Our 3Kw infrared ceiling heaters are supply only and will need to be installed by your Electrician.

Yes. For safety reasons a ventilation gap is required between the ring beam and the roof.
