Why have an insulated family garden room?

A well insulated family garden room will provide a space that is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. It can also save you money on heating and cooling bills as you will be able to go longer into the year before needing to turn on your heater or engage your air-conditioning.

The best that money can buy

Our family garden rooms are constructed using 100mm Rockwool slabs for the walls and ceiling and 90mm, high-density foil backed insulation for the floor. We also use double-glazed, argon-filled windows and doors for the best possible U-Value.

Yes. All our garden rooms are designed by TRADA certified craftsmen using residential-grade insulation materials, and can be used all year round. We also offer a range of heating options for your insulated outdoor room, including panel heaters, air conditioning units and underfloor heating. Please note, you will need an electrician to run an armoured cable from your fuse box to your garden building for installation of different heating options.
All Crown Pavilions garden rooms are built with 100mm Rockwool insulation for the walls and roof, and a 90mm, high-density, foil backed insulation for the floor as standard. It is recommended that you opt for an insulated garden room in order to enjoy your space all year round and prevent condensation from forming, which can lead to timber dry rot.
A standard insulated garden room can be installed within a few weeks, however, larger buildings may take slightly longer.
