A typical UK pool table is 8ft however, you also need to factor in the space required for a full size cue. We recommend opting for a 5 x 4 m garden room at least. Our classic Sandringham model makes the ideal design for a garden pool table room. If you would like to add more furniture and features to your garden games room, we advise going for an even larger garden room model or designing your own bespoke model.

No. Our focus is on the building itself. Most of our garden garden rooms are internally plastered boarded, painted and have electrical sockets fitted ready for you to furnish to taste.

There are four different ways to connect the internet to your garden games room: using WiFi extenders, powerline networking, ethernet cables or Point to Points. Read our guide to connecting WiFi to your garden room for more information.

A Crown Pavilions luxury garden games room (5 x 3.5 m) takes approximately 2-3 weeks to build. Note that larger or bespoke models will take slightly longer.
