Our team of garden room experts will be able to advise on anything you need help with, from help with planning permission requirements, to which marine grade acrylic fabrics will work best on your selected furnishings.
In the last 20 years we have created and installed luxury garden kitchens equipped with everything needed to host the perfect summer garden parties.
We have also crafted garden studios, music rooms and, yoga studios that our clients have been able to bespoke to their exact creative needs.

All our premium luxury garden buildings are built to permanent building standards. We go to great lengths to source the finest quality materials so that every element of your garden room is built for longevity as well as functionality.
The attention to detail at every step in our process ensures that we create garden rooms that are far removed from mass production offerings available elsewhere.
Something that also assures of our attention to detail is that our garden buildings and craftsmen are all certified by TRADA (The Timber Research & Development Association). That certification is the highest available in the industry and ensures we are compliant with timber sizing and the bracing timbers that hold the building together.
Finance & Sale Options
Whilst we are all about luxury and expert craftsmanship, we also understand that buying a garden building is an investment in your home that can come with high costs.
This is why we offer finance packages for our garden buildings to make purchasing one of our luxury outdoor spaces a little easier.
If you put down a 20% deposit for our luxury gazebos, summer houses and, shelters we offer a 2-year interest-free finance package. Terms and conditions apply, but please note this does not include any ex-display products.
Other finance options include buy now pay later (9 months) and 11.9% APR representative over 10 years. Again, these packages are subject to terms and conditions.
As well as finance options, we are also periodically able to offer sales on some of our ex-display products. This is a great opportunity to buy the same quality building but at a discounted rate.
Our Process
We believe something that stands us out from the competition is our professionally handled buying process.
Begin with browsing through our brochure and finding the right garden building that matches your needs and budget, then contact us to find out more information.
Once you have entered the buying journey after speaking to one of our sales team, a ground test (for garden rooms) is required. This is a site survey to check the grounds are suitable for garden room installation. From this, we will know whether ground screw or traditional concrete is needed.
Please note that a ground test survey comes with a £280 cost including VAT.
Our team will then help to establish whether you will need planning permission for your garden room. We can assist with any planning permission requirements, but most garden buildings won’t need this because they are designed to fall within permitted development.
When planning permission is sorted, you can move on to foundations and utilities needs. For our garden rooms we can quote for and take care of any groundworks, plumbing, electricity, water and, waste requirements. This helps to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.
Finally, we move on to delivery and installation. The great news is that this is included in the price for all installations within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. Our team will try and install your building seamlessly with as little interruption as possible.
