This handsome garden building is specifically designed for taking it easy and features a restful sofa area with coffee table – the ideal place to take a nap by the pool or relax over a book. As you would expect from a garden building of world-class calibre, the Eden has a robust custom-made rectangular dining table complete with dining benches and handmade stools to match.

Half-clad window infill panels allow you to enjoy the view whilst protecting you from the elements as well as allowing you to leave cushions and furniture out all year, so your pavilion is always ready for use. (Not available on Henley and Blenheim models)
Heat & Light
Enjoy your gazebo all year round warmed by infrared ceiling heaters (3kw & 6kw ) with built-in LED spotlight. Specify additional marine- grade stainless steel spotlights for added ambience and style.
Furniture
All furniture is built to the highest quality to withstand the demands of use and the British weather, offering years of robust style. On models the size of Ascot upwards we can add cabinets such as a wine cooler, fridge or storage space.
Blinds, Hooks & Toggles
Our acrylic canvas blinds can be rolled up with our secure hooks to make a sunny and airy space while on cooler days blinds can be zipped together to provide a secure protection against the elements. Toggles secure position.

Delivery & Installation*
Installation is included in the price*. Delivery is free within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops.
Plumbing & Electricity
Groundworks, plumbing, electricity, water and waste can all be quoted for and taken care of for a seamless project from start to finish.
Extras As Standard
For our garden rooms (only), there’s no extra charge for features like aluminium bi-fold doors, lighting or thermowood cladding. Most of our products also include UV stains or opaque paint.
Planning Permission
Your new garden room or gazebo will be erected ‘in situ’, in your garden. Planning permission is not normally required as our buildings are designed to fall withing permitted development.
Minimal Disruption
It’s important to us that we leave your garden neat and tidy. Optional ground screw fixing minimises intrusion and limits disruption.
