Our sustainably sourced European redwood (sometimes referred to as Scandinavian Pine) is recognised for its superb quality and appealing light-brown tone. For centuries, Redwood has been used throughout Europe in the construction of log cabins, chalets and alpine homes. Crown continues this tradition, selecting the best quality, FSC European Redwood, fully treated to withstand all weathers.
Our Canadian Western Red Cedar shingle roof tiles weather beautifully over time as they transform from brown to shimmering silver/grey in the sunlight. Capped with premium-weight quality lead, which weathers down beautifully to match the cedar shingle roof tiles.
Our buildings and craftsmen have been certified by TRADA (The Timber Research & Development Association). This is the highest certification in our industry and your peace-of-mind that your Crown Pavilion is correct and compliant from timber sizing to the bracing timbers that hold the building together.
Your Crown Pavilion Summer House is fully enclosed for your privacy and protection from the elements. Add an infrared ceiling heater for added comfort and to further extend the use of your building.
Our marine-grade cushion fabrics are available in 36 different colour combinations. They are engineered to be outside year-round for your convenience.
Our package prices include installation within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops (a travel surcharge applies outside of this area). Your summer house can usually be installed in 2-3 days.

Summer houses are outdoor buildings separate from your home, usually built to go in your back garden. They are typically used for garden lounging and alfresco dining. Each of our summer houses come with our signature, pitched cedar tiled roof, windows and sliding door and a speedy install of 2-3 days.
Yes. You will need a concrete base for your summer house and we can supply the specs for this.
Our 3Kw infrared ceiling heaters are supply only and will need to be installed by your Electrician.
Yes. For safety reasons a ventilation gap is required between the ring beam and the roof.
