The signature design element of the Clarance, designed to complement the design of your property. Choose from black slate, brick, natural stone or a render finish to your Clarance.
Unlike mass produced garden rooms, the Clarance is residential grade. Engineered to the same exacting specification as your home, which means that whatever you use it for – from an extra living room or a luxury home office to a sumptuous entertaining space – you can enjoy it in home-from-home comfort, all year round, year upon year.
We have been honing our skills for 20-years and many of our master craftsmen and designers have been with us from day one. In that time we have built over 5,000 luxury garden buildings across 18 countries around the World
The Clarance is built to permanent residential building standards, including residential grade insulation. Every element is painstakingly selected for quality and longevity. We insist on the finest craftsmanship: traditional timber building methods, rather than cheaper SIPS (structural insulated panels).
The result is an attention to detail that’s about as far removed from mass production as you can get, reflected in TRADA certification, the highest marque in our industry.
We offer more options as standard for our Clarance model. Choose from french, sliding or bi-fold doors and customise your engineered oak flooring finish
The Buckingham comes with a ground screws base as standard for your convenience. Ground screws are the fast, secure and the environmentally friendly option for your building. A ground screws test will be necessary to establish suitability
